FAQ about Enveletters

1. Will I receive an enveletter with the image that I picked online?

You will receive the exact image that you see online, if you have ordered a
REPRODUCIBLE ENVELETTER. If you have chosen a ONE-OF-A-KIND enveletter
you will receive an enveletter with the same theme as the image that you have
chosen, but not the exact image.

2. Why would I choose a ONE-OF-A-KIND enveletter with a PRE-PRINTED message?

This type of enveletter is great because you just don’t have to think of anything to
write inside, the words are already there! This type of enveletter has a
completely unique image according to the theme on the front and not only
uses the image to relay your message, but also has the pre-printed words inside.

3. How do I mail the enveletter?

Each enveletter comes with mailing instructions, but it is very simple. Just
remove it from the plastic sheath that it will arrive in, write your note inside and
place the card back inside the enveletter. Then place the enveletter back inside
the plastic to mail it. The stamp and address label should be attached on the
outside of the plastic, on the flap side of the enveletter so that the image is not
obstructed.

4. Can I order custom enveletters, with my own image on them?

Absolutely! We just need a high resolution digital image to be sent to us
and we can make you as many enveletters as you’d like. This type of
enveletter is perfect for invitations or for holidays where you want to send
everyone on your list your unique image. There is an one time initial set-up fee
for each image that will be used to create this type of enveletter.

5. Can I pick my own theme for the type of enveletter that I would like?

We encourage you to be creative and we will do our best to satisfy whatever
theme you come up with for an enveletter. If there is a specific image that you
would like to see in a ONE-OF-A-KIND enveletter, we are open to all suggestions.
We just may need a little extra time to find and create what you are looking for,
but we welcome your ideas.
